Marketing Specialist at Hannon Hill

Our product, Cascade CMS, empowers users everywhere to manage their websites easily and quickly, so they can focus on what matters most: fresh quality content. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and marketing alignment by developing, executing, and optimizing programs that support strong lead generation and improve lead quality

  • Manage marketing automation campaigns, marketing technology stack, database health, list segmentation, and SEO and SEM efforts

  • Lead sales enablement by developing compelling content such as blog posts, white papers, monthly newsletters, social media content, press releases, and more

  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving objectives, including impact on volume of demo requests and sales bookings

  • Manage RFP process and provide support for sales team

  • Assist with planning and execution of Hannon Hill’s User Conference(s)

  • Increase attendance to Hannon Hill’s User Conference(s) via email promotion, direct mail, tele campaigns, and other event recruitment activities

  • Represent the company at industry-specific conferences and events

Qualifications:

  • BA, BS or MS in marketing, communications, or related field

  • 2-4 years of B2B or B2C lead generation / demand generation experience

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and other sales and marketing software programs (Pardot preferred)

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and execute omni-channel marketing programs

  • Aptitude and passion for technology, software products, and web trends

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite software

  • Self-starting, positive, and results-oriented

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
