Now hiring - Leader-Partner Acquisition

As Team leader & Director of ISV, you will be instrumental in executing against the strategy for meeting sales performance targets through partnership channels. Your role will be focused on managing a team of outbound ISV partner hunters, executing all key growth sales strategies through effective pipeline management, negotiation, closing strategies and sales coaching, and nurturing them to be a top producing revenue source for the company. You should maintain professional and technical knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to improve knowledge-base for clients and increase partner acquisition. It is your responsibility to ensure partners are educated and producing, as your revenue quota is derived from their success. Values-based selling is a must. You will be measured on the net new revenue and accounts produced from this channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a Servant Leader to the Business Development team, supporting them in key areas that will drive them to succeed

  • Meet and exceed partner acquisition KPIs - new partners signed & partner revenue production

  • Conduct weekly individual pipeline reviews with hunters to assist with deal management 

  • Drive accountability around existing sales processes education and pipeline management

  • Conduct KPI audits to drive efficiency and present accurate forecasting metrics

  • Create and monitor Hubspot reports & dashboards to identify highlights and challenges

  • Prospecting new ISV (Integrated Software Vendors) and Technology referral partnerships

  • Manage and serve as the liaison between prospect and legal execution

  • Maintain partner relationships and ensure they are educated and actively producing

  • Responsible for the management of strategic and operational partner activities

  • Regularly research top competitors and industry news

    Leadership & Teams

    • Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary

    • Lead, train and coach team in selling, negotiating and presentation skills; strategize staffing needs 

    • Monitor and evaluate performance of individuals and team(s)

    • Attract, develop and retain talent; create appropriate succession plans

    Customers & Relationships

    • Manage the cultivation, development and maintenance of relationships with new and existing customers

    • Partner with planning and customers to plan and oversee strategy

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in ISV or Partner Acquisition management, SaaS/Tech enterprise sales management 

  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented and outgoing

  • Background in SaaS technology required. Payments and FinTech preferred

  • Experience in all aspects of channel relationship management

  • Experience working with Senior management to align strategies and solutions

  • Excellent negotiation skills, to work within team and client relations

  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through partnership lead generation

  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment

  • Solution-oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively in decision-making

  • Strong attention to detail, and work ethic to exceed expectations and goals

  • Coachable and able to take direction and feedback well, yet being forward-thinking to challenge the status quo

  • Experience/Desire to contribute to the broader goals of the organization beyond your immediate job description
