Head of Brand Marketing at Kabbage

Develop and lead the brand strategy for Kabbage to establish the company as a critical partner for small businesses and a leading innovator in the fintech industry. You will be responsible for how we tell our story across channels and driving awareness and brand love in the market.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead brand positioning and establish guidelines for internal and external teams
Work closely with agencies and internal teams to develop integrated brand campaigns built on unique customer insights
Lead product marketing across all products
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy
Drive best in class creative across the marketing team
Manage media and talent for videos, podcasts, communities, radio and other brand channels
Build a social strategy and manage all social channels to tell our story and amplify key market moments
Identify clever ways to brand key aspects of our unique customer experience
Manage online reviews and reputation
Build, manage and develop a high performing team
What we're looking for in you:
Leadership: Ability to build and manage high performing teams with strong agency management skills.
Highly analytical: Experience with multi-touch attribution tools, ability to process complex data and apply insights, and a passion for data.
Excellent communication: Adept at distilling complex ideas, ability to inspire and advocate for a team and projects.
Strategic Thinking/Visioning: Able to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way; determines opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis of current and future trends.
Collaboration & Influence: Ability to successfully influence and bring together internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Creativity/Innovation: Generates new and innovative approaches to problems; open to new ways of doing things.
What you should have:
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in brand marketing
Deep expertise in brand strategy and positioning
Broad experience managing all aspects of social media and developing a strong social/online presence
Experience developing integrated campaigns across multiple online and offline channels
Experience working closely with agencies on creative development
Excellent strategic positioning skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
